Title: Herb Wine Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings

2/3cWhite wine
1tsDried tarragon leaves
1/4tsDried rosemary, crushed
1/4tsDried thyme leaves
2tbVegetable oil
1tbFinely chopped fresh garlic

In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2 pounds meat (chicken, pork or beef). Cook as desired. Yield: 3/4 cup.
